2009-2010 Broker in Charge Annual Review Course is a 4 hour course which must be completed prior to June 10, 2010 by ALL brokers-in-charge who were designated as a broker-in-charge prior to July 1, 2009 and who wish to remain a broker-in-charge as of July 1, 2010 for the 2010-2011 license period. This course will count as an elective CE credit and the BIC will not have to complete an ''elective'' course. HOWEVER all BIC's still must complete the annual mandatory Real Estate Update Course which all licensees must take each year as part of their 8 hrs of CE to be on active status.

2. Compensation Issues
3. Broker-in-Charge Requirements
