Contracts and Closings:
Topics addressed include selected basic contract law concepts, real estate sales contract preparation, sales contract procedures, closing procedures and closing statement preparation, and real estate license status and education issues.

Tuition 249.00 does NOT include textbook
2008-2009 North Carolina Real Estate Manual must be purchased separately. The same textbook is used for all three Broker Postlicensing courses.
